COMPANY DESCRIPTION : Mountville Rubber provides exceptional compounding services for CPE, CR, EPDM, NBR, NR, and SBR to various markets averaging 35 million pounds annually. Our core values are the driving force behind every decision we make: POSITION OVERVIEW : A Manufacturing Operator I (MFG OP I) is an entry-level role in Mountville Rubber. Upon mastering additional positions, you may become a MFG OP II, MFG OP III, or MFG OP IV. Each step up comes with additional pay increases. Starting Pay: $18/hr for 3rd shift (11PM-7AM). - Do the right thing. - Do what is best for the customer. - Drive improvements and innovation. QUALIFICATIONS: - Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination - Ensure the oil and mixing process for the first batch is verified by production supervisor or another designated employee - Remove all knots from pre-weigh bags before loading them into the mixer - After the last batch, keep mixer door open and run mixer for an additional 10 minutes before shutting down - Complete the current batch before taking breaks - Fold rubber into boxes or onto pallets - L...
