Job Summary Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping adults and young people to build independence, confidence, and sustainable employment pathways? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centred supports within an innovative NDIS service model. This is a contractor role, hours will vary depending on availability. We are looking for around 10 hours per week. We are seeking: - A motivated, experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to assist with growing and developing our new Allied Health services. - This role will work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, educators, and employers to create meaningful, individualised plans that build functional skills and improve quality of life. and to provide functional skills assessments, behavioural support, capacity building, and employment interventions for adults and young people (15 years +) with disabilities.
