What you will do: Lead and oversee the Risk Data Quality function, focusing on investigating, tracking, and resolving complex issues related to deal representation in Axpo’s systems. Define, implement, and operate checks to reduce the number of risk adjustments and improve data quality. Propose and drive the implementation of improvements in deal modeling, reporting, and quality assurance throughout the Deal Life Cycle. Develop and operate P&L consistency checks related to balancing activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation in central and local balancing books. Actively participate in international projects covered by the Mid Office. Set performance goals for the team, fostering efficiency and encouraging maximum dedication.
