Job Description: TOMRA is an international recycling company is looking to fill the role of a Shift Supervisor in our Farmington, NY location. Schedule: 12:00 PM- 10:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay: $65,000/yr + Bonus potential: The Shift Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in maintaining and maximizing driver and plant productivity, complying with federal/state/local safety regulations and monitoring the sites DOT compliance. In addition, this person will also be called on to do employee and customer training, assist with customer service inquiries and issues.
