What you will do – A glimpse into your role: As a Sales Executive - Payments (Solutions Specialist), you will be the face of Global Blue by Shift4 in your territory. You’ll build long-term partnerships with local merchants, help them modernize their payment infrastructure, and grow your own portfolio of clients. This is a field-based role with a high degree of autonomy — ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and seeing direct results from their work. Your responsibilities include: - Proactively identify and approach new merchants in your territory (Innsbruck or Salzburg) - Present Global Blue by Shift4’s payment terminals and services in face-to-face meetings - Close new deals and onboard merchants onto our platform - Support existing clients with additional services (hardware, software, professional services) - Act as a trusted partner by understanding merchants’ needs and challenges - Clearly communicate the value of our end-to-end payment solutions - Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities - Understand merchant statements and tailor the best commercial solution - Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management - Collaborate closely with your ma...
