Job Summary: This position is in Western Midstream’s Engineering and Operations team located in Longmont, CO. The ROC control room is responsible for verifying the safe and effective operation of all Western Midstream assets. Responsibilities and positions will be filled at a level commensurate with experience. Qualifications: *The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications: Responsibilities: Education: Certifications/Licenses: - Communicate effectively in English. Fluency in Spanish is desirable - Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with databases and data analysis tools is a plus - Understanding of midstream operations, including SWD operations - Understanding of facility automation and operation of equipment (working knowledge of Ignition and CygNet SCADA platform is a plus) - Good time management, communication, and people skills - Ability to multitask and communicate effectively across cross functional groups - Adhere to and enforce all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations - Operate from within the ROC monit...
