Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Endoscopy Technical Specialist to join our Endoscopy team! The Endoscopy Technical Specialist is responsible for performing delegated activities related to patient care and overall team support in the GI procedure room setting. Under the supervision of a physician or nurse, will assist with direct patient care during procedures and assist the physicians with necessary equipment (forceps, snares, balloons, etc) used during all procedure types. The Endoscopy Technical Specialist will be responsible for performing all essential duties of the Endoscopy Technician which may include various patient care roles and duties outside of the procedure room, such as the recovery room, supply stocking, and endoscope reprocessing room. Work Schedule: Endoscopy Technician Specialists work 10 ‑ hour shifts with rotating start times of 6:30 a.m., 7:00 a.m., and 7:30 a.m. Technicians are also assigned rotating late ‑ stay shifts to support end ‑ of ‑ day coverage and closing responsibilities.
