We are looking for a Technical Lead, Executive Briefing Center. In this role you will own the day-to-day operations of our DC Experience Center, keeping the space and technology customer-ready, hosting discovery calls, delivering compelling product demos that translate complex capabilities into business outcomes. You’ll manage the AV/IT stack, coordinate vendors, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineers to craft tailored demo journeys for both our external and internal customers. Your day at a glance: - Host discovery calls to ensure alignment with messaging from the sales team for demo preparation for each in-person meeting - Prepare and deliver demos to our visiting customers - Maintain and evolve the AV/IT demo environment; ensure 99%+ uptime and readiness. - Manage facility security for visitors and staff, work with the Corporate Facilities team on system updates - Document SOP’s, instructions, and inventory for how to use and tracking of all equipment - Champion system upgrades for all Technology P...
