Position Specific Description: The NEER Finance group is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join the Cash Forecasting & Analysis (CF&A) team within Project Analysis & Reporting (PAR). This role is responsible for managing cash forecasting, working capital analysis, balance sheet oversight, and cash operations for a large portfolio of operating renewable energy projects. The Senior Financial Controller serves as a key owner of cash and balance sheet activity across wind, solar, and battery projects, supporting NEER and XPLR while ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined cash controls, and scalable processes as the portfolio continues to grow.
