Role Overview The Head of Product & Accelerators leads BNB's internal product organisation - the team responsible for building, shipping, and operating the software assets that differentiate BNB's delivery. This spans a portfolio of strategic accelerators that make BNB consultants measurably more productive, and a suite of applications published on the Workday Marketplace. This is a delivery and commercial leadership role with a clear theory of value: every accelerator and every Marketplace application should demonstrably improve BNB's delivery margin or expand our market reach. The role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting delivery, and product strategy - and requires someone who can operate credibly across all three. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio & Roadmap: Strategic Definition: Define and maintain the accelerator portfolio, ensuring each asset is actively used, impact-measured, and aligned with Workday’s evolution.
