Senior Product Designer | Growth & Transformation

Job description

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. Red Ventures Growth & Transformation (RVGT) team is seeking a Creative Manager and critical thinker to join our growing Creative Team. You'll play an instrumental role in developing core consumer-facing products for external partnerships within the Financial Institution space, while also managing a team of product, or content designers. This role calls for a passionate individual who is highly skilled in creative problem solving, user-centered design processes, foundational knowledge in both UX and UI design, comfort in pitching work to senior level stakeholders, a curiosity in all things AI and a thorough understanding of UX research practices. The right candidate for this role will be highly organized and collaborative, with a passion for solving problems cross-functionally.
