SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all people functions at McDonald Plastic Molding including the planning, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures at both strategic and tactical levels. The Human Resources Manager ensures compliance with labor laws while aligning with the company's policies, ethical standards, and social responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Various HR duties including interviewing new co-workers, initiating paperwork and computer entry into the HR system (UKG). - Working with the plant manager(s) and Senior Leadership team to resolve co-worker related issues. - Assist in safety activities including that all safety related documents are properl...
