In this position... We are taking our Maintenance Superintendents to the next level. These talented employees have the title of ‘Team Manager – Maintenance’ and they are the drivers of standardization and continuous improvement in the Ford Production System. What you'll do... Safety: Address department Health & Safety concerns Enforce department compliance with government, industry, and corporate standards Promote improved department safety metrics and provide resources for activities Enforce safety process adherence for launch-related Pro-Tag and Arc Flash updates, Construction Service Safety audits/compliance checks, and inter-department Pre-Task Analyses Quality: Lead data driven maintenance processes to improve quality metrics (e.g., higher FTT, less scrap, less contamination, and etc.) Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions through the Global 4D or 8D process.
