Coordinates activities of rental yard to process equipment for shipments and returns. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Reviews bills of lading for incoming merchandise and customer orders in order to plan work activities. Reads work orders/shipping orders and follows verbal instructions to locate product in warehouse/rental yard. Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, shelves, and racks by hand and with forklift. Loads material into vehicles and prepares with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Loads and unloads trucks and ensures trucks are correctly loaded by material handlers.
