Summary/Objective Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Growth Program Manager - Revenue & Strategic Initiatives will drive key growth initiatives across Cain Watters & Associates. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations and is responsible for turning strategy into execution. The individual in this role will translate high level growth priorities into clear plans, coordinated efforts, and measurable outcomes. Success requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while keeping momentum and accountability high. Essential Functions: Execute and manage key growth initiatives, including outbound pilots, strategic partnerships and events, and new product rollouts.
