The Role As ThoughtSpot's customer base continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The right candidate for this position will have a demonstrated history of leading and managing customers and proven success in selling software & services, preferably in the Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics space. Ideally, you have experience leveraging data and AI-driven insights to drive customer growth and retention. The ability to work independently in a rapidly growing environment is important. We also value the ability to evangelize an evolving, AI-powered product that provides real value to (both!) technical and non-technical audiences. A value-based sales approach and “first on the ground” experience is a major advantage. What You'll Do: Develop and manage a territory of enterprise & major customer accounts, with a primary focus on account growth and retention. Lead the charge to drive growth and expansion for designated customers, leveraging a consultative, data-driven approach.
