Role: Integrated Pest Management Supervisor Location: Monson, MA: Full Time: We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Your Impact: - Lead a proactive and effective IPM program. - Monitor nutritional deficiencies, collect and report plant health data, and prepare water samples for analysis. - Train Cultivation team on pest and disease identification. - Oversee and ensure accurate application and efficacy. - Maintain spray equipment, update compliance logs, and ensure SOPs are followed.
