Summary Worker will perform sales and distribution goals by executing against monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives and company/supplier initiatives. Submit required paperwork and administrative duties of a BDR. Monitor competitive activity and communicate results to supervisor and beverage District Managers. Create new store schematics or account promotions as well as participate in store resets. Provide route relief for absent sales team as needed. Actively work the trade with assigned Sales Reps and District Managers. Support sales force with display builds and sales take product delivery. Primary Responsibilities: - Present, promote and sell products/services using prepared sales documents and pricing promotions - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems...
