Employment Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Closing Date: 19 May 2026 11:59pm Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Claims Consultant (12-month FTC) Job Summary: The position holder is responsible for end-to-end management of a portfolio of claims through: Job Description - Decision making in accordance with legislative requirements, including expert interpretation and application of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act), license performance standards and obligations, internal policies and procedures. - Developing outcomes-focused strategies to drive recovery and sustainable return to work. - Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalized claims’ management strategies with a focus on safe and sustainable outcomes; and - Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and customer focused, often in high pressure and deadline driven environments.
