Job Posting: JR101786 Director of Disability and Access Services, Student Success and Support Services (Open) Department: UBalt Disability Support Services, PM Position Type: Regular Open Date: 04-10-2026 Close Date: $75,000 - $95,000 Job Description: The Director of Disability and Access Services ensures the University of Baltimore is in compliance with federal regulations in the provision of accommodations and access for students to campus courses, facilities, and events. This position works closely with campus leadership, including Deans, Associate and Assistant Deans and others, in collaboration to ensure students with disabilities are given the same learning opportunities as their non-disabled peers. The position also works with staff to determine reasonable and appropriate accommodations for eligible students. The Director will participate on various campus committees to advocate for students with disabilities when decisions are made that could impact accessibility. The role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of telework possible.
