Job Description: Field Service Engineer As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing welding and cutting equipment. Beyond technical service, you will act as a trusted partner, identifying opportunities, supporting sales, and contributing to continuous improvement. What you’ll do ⚙️: Technical services & support: Install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and evaluations Support the sales team with technical expertise and advice Document service visits and report non-conformities Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities Projects & digital tools: Use digital platforms to enhance diagnostics and reporting Support the implementation of remote services and new tools Contribute to service process improvements and technical feedback What we’re looking for ⭐: Education: Technical diploma or degree (mechanical, electrical, or related field) Experience: 5+ years in technical services for industrial equipment Skills: Solid technical knowledge, customer focus, and communication skills Languages: English (B1+) and local languag...
