Qualifications: The Work You Will Do: This position reports directly to the Program Specialist. Work assignments are received from the Program Specialist and Director. This position’s duties include but are not limited to the following: Processes case files which includes copying, scanning, data entry, assembling files, mailing Notice of Arbitration and related documents to all parties, forwarding case files to appropriate board office.
