He has a diagnosis of autism and mild to moderate intellectual disability. Julian has experienced a significant amount of change in his life to date, with multiple placement breakdowns, hospitalisation, and trauma informed care. Team members will need to be experienced in supporting individuals who can present with Behaviours than can challenge that cant always be predicted and therefore you will need to be a responsive and resilient, individual who is calm and patient in a highly pressurised environment.
