Position Title: ICAM Subject Matter Expert Location: Remote (with potential on-site support in Camp Springs, MD) Salary: $120,000.00 +: Clearance: USCIS Public Trust highly preferred *This position is contingent upon award of contract Position Summary: Command Cyber Solutions, LLC (CCS) is seeking an experienced Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic and technical leadership in support of the USCIS ICAM Enterprise Services III contract. The ICAM SME serves as the senior technical authority for enterprise identity and access management solutions within the USCIS production environment. This role provides advisory support, architecture guidance, standards alignment, and modernization strategy recommendations to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant ICAM service delivery across USCIS systems. The ICAM SME works closely with Government stakeholders, cybersecurity leadership, and Agile development teams to ensure identity governance, authentication, authorization, federation, and credentialing services align with DHS and federal ICAM guidance.
