System Analyst Warehouse We are looking for a System Analyst to join our partner team , supporting warehouse operations and contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions across the business. Responsibilities: Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT components such as applications, modules, or information systems. Analyze business stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical CRDs (Change Request Documents). - Communicate and defend technical requirements with external partners (communication exclusively in English). - Propose solutions to optimize operational processes and prepare technical specifications aligned with project needs. - Provide support during the project lifecycle and after implementation, including application testing and end-user training. - Offer L2 support for the applications and systems under your responsibility. - Identify and recommend process and technical optimizations in collaboration with external partners and Ahold Delhaize Group IT teams. - Deliver training sessions for end users and key users across departments involved in implemented projects. - Create training materials, docu...
