Applications Engineer

Job description

- Travels to customer facilities to enhance customer relations, answer questions and provide technical assistance with product application. - Support customers during all phases of design from component selection through production. - Create and foster relationships with customers through activities, including, but not limited to visits, active calls (conference and video) and seminars. - Create and foster relationships with other internal department and international colleagues. - Identify and report critical customer needs and market trends to management, product management and product definition engineers. - Develop and conduct technical training presentations and demonstrations, both internally and externally. - Provides expert technical support for electronic components and basic technical support for electromechanical component to customers and colleagues regarding documentation, data requests and applications. - Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products and to build own knowledge of technology and market developments. - Develop and maintain relationships with the Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Field Sales Engineers (FSE) at semiconductor partners within t...
