Cal AI is looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Lead, Growth Marketing to lead and advise on user acquisition, retention, and growth across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, and partnership channels. You will be responsible for helping scale Cal AI’s growth engine by developing performance marketing strategy, identifying new acquisition opportunities, improving channel efficiency, supporting product-led growth initiatives, and advising leadership on market positioning and operational performance. You have deep experience scaling consumer apps, managing paid acquisition, building repeatable growth systems, and identifying high-leverage opportunities across media buying, creators, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, and product growth. This is a senior growth role for someone who can move between strategy and execution: analyzing performance, finding growth bottlenecks, testing new channels, building systems, and advising the executive team on where to invest resources.
