Weston & Sampson is seeking a mid-career Mechanical Engineer with 5-15 years of experience to join our Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing team in any Weston & Sampson New England office. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to take on more responsibility in projects and be a significant contributor to shaping the company’s future. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a multi-discipline professional engineering firm involved in the production of contract drawings for the construction industry. A thorough understanding of air-side, hydronic, steam, and BAC systems as they pertain to HVAC and/or central plants systems is required. Candidate shall demonstrate a working knowledge of ASHRAE design and energy standards as well as building codes. A successful candidate must be capable of working independently with minimal oversight, be able to initiate detailed coordination with other building systems disciplines, and be capable of taking mechanical concepts to implementation.
