Senior Director, Financial Clearance-Patient Financial Services-Corporate 42nd Street-Full-Time Days (Hybrid) The Senior Director, Financial Clearance is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for directing and optimizing all front-end revenue cycle functions across The Mount Sinai Hospital and affiliated entities. This role plays a pivotal part in driving the organization's financial health and sustainability through the development and execution of innovative, patient-centered financial services strategies. The Senior Director ensures that every patient interaction with the financial system is seamless, compassionate, and aligned with Mount Sinai’s commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a key executive stakeholder, the Senior Director partners with senior leadership to shape policy, improve access to care, and ensure regulatory compliance, while enhancing operational performance and revenue integrity.
