POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control Manager (QCM) is the Contractor’s primary on‑site authority responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the complete Quality Control program in accordance with Division 01 – General Requirements of the contract, including all testing, inspections, reporting, corrective actions, compliance tracking, and closeout documentation. The QCM ensures all work meets contract specifications, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements and serves as the direct liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) regarding all QC matters. This role provides daily on‑site QC oversight, independent from construction production duties, with authority to stop work and direct corrective actions.
