Why this job matters: This role operates within a highly secure data centre environment, supporting the management and operational integrity of critical infrastructure across key sites, including communications rooms and data halls. You will play a vital role in ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance of services that support a major multi-million-pound contract. You will be responsible for delivering against defined KPIs aligned to ISO standards, ensuring compliance and supporting customer audits. Through routine checks and proactive monitoring, you will help maintain optimal environmental conditions and work closely with Facilities, Power, and Property teams to resolve any issues impacting service performance.
