What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Agent within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient handling of inbound inquiries, to source hotel and transportation needs of our airline clients. The Crew Accommodations Agent will support a variety of queries in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task assigned to by the supervisors. You will report directly to the Operations Manager. How We Work: As a Crew Accommodations Agent, you will be expected to work onsite/in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: - Assigned workspace in Omni Air offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. - Company-issued equipment - Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the role will include: - Booking hotel accommodations for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews and other non-crew airline employees. - Handling emergency relocations of crews that occur last minute with the Supervisor on shift - Working closely and in sync with client’s Crew Schedul...
