Department: 02408 AAH Mayfair: Ortho - Surgery: Orthopedics Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full-time hours scheduled between 7:00am - 5:00pm depending on the clinic needs. Location primarily in Wauwatosa with potential travel to Good Hope, West Allis and New Berlin to help as needed Pay Range: $21.85 - $32.80 An orthopedic clinic that is looking for someone who can multi-task in their position. You may be drawing up injections, vitals, rooming patients, learning to do casting/splinting and reviewing durable medical equipment. Minimum Job Requirements: Education: - High School Diploma or GED required. - Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant, or 2 years of verifiable full-time experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 5 years. Certification / License: - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 45 days unless department leader has determined it is not required.
