Overview i3 is seeking a JIRA Developer / Administrator to support a software integration facility on an Army contract. The selected candidate will provide technical expertise in the administration, customization, and development of the Atlassian JIRA platform to support software development, cybersecurity, and operational teams. The JIRA Developer / Administrator will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design workflows, implement automation, and develop dashboards and reporting capabilities that support Agile development and project management processes. This position requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to support both technical teams and end users across the organization. Candidates must possess, or be able to obtain, a United States SECRET security clearance.
