What You’ll Do: - Greet customers promptly and professionally - Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs - Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines - Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates clearly - Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow - Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through vehicle delivery - Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes - Help drive customer retention and CSI performance What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required - BMW or luxury brand experience preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask in a busy service environment - Proficiency with dealership management systems and r...
