Description Position Title: Director of Quality: Department: Operations: Reports To: VP of Operations: Summary: DECKED is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Director of Quality to lead our Quality Team. As the primary architect of our quality management system (QMS), you will be responsible for ensuring that every product leaving our facility not only meets but exceeds industry standards. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
