Principal Software Engineer – AI & Cloud (Healthcare / EHR Platforms)

Join our Health Applications team to build the next generation of cloud-native EHR platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will shape both technical architecture and product direction from the ground up. You’ll operate at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI—designing intelligent, scalable, and resilient healthcare solutions that directly impact clinical outcomes. What You’ll Do: - Architect and build cloud-native EHR platforms using microservices and Kubernetes. - Design and deliver AI-driven automation and AIOps systems. - Lead end-to-end system design for scalability, reliability, and observability. - Stay hands-on with coding, debugging, and production delivery. - Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and best practices. - Mentor engineers and elevate team capability. - Partner cross-functionally to influence product and technical strategy.
