Overview Position Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to Fluid Management Operations leadership across the Clifton Park, NY and Shrewsbury, MA manufacturing sites. This role partners closely with site leadership to translate business objectives into people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This is a hands on and highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, coaching capability, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking. The HRBP will proactively identify risks and opportunities, advise leaders through complex employee matters, and drive initiatives that improve operational performance, culture, and talent outcomes.
