This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Construction Management team in Savannah, GA. Your Impact: Position Overview: - This is advanced level technical work in functional areas of project administration and management. - Employees, under limited supervision, independently manage construction activities on large complex projects (phases) such as Major intersection improvement, widening, reconstruction, diverging diamond, urban interstate resurfacing and complex Bridge Project or other projects of similar scope/complexity. - Employee inspects and supervises lower-level inspectors performing routine to moderately complex inspections of roadway and structure construction processes and materials to assure compliance with the construction contract and other applicable guidelines. - Work includes monitoring traffic control and erosion control on the project. - Work also includes monitoring construction costs; negotiating prices for contract modifications with contractors; writing or supervising the preparation of reports and correspondence; and working and communicating with contractors, supervisors, subordinates, local officials, media and the general...
