The Opportunity Homecare Homebase is searching for a Client Success Business Manager who will perform quarterly business reviews for its home health and hospice clients, thereby highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas of opportunity. As a Client Success Business Manager, you will play an essential role in identifying opportunities for improvement through careful monitoring of KPIs; you will understand the client’s needs, goals, and strategy and engage resources to translate those business needs into practical applications and solutions to ensure the customer’s return on investment.
