Network Operations Engineer III

Job description

The Network Operations Engineer III will be joining as a key member of our "Follow the sun" Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) team, providing crucial support for CME's network infrastructure; through monitoring, troubleshooting and change implementation using Industry Standard, Best Practices. The Network Operations Engineer III will ensure the ongoing operation of service to end users & customers by ensuring that service is operated within agreed service levels, and in alignment to agreed policies, processes, and standards. The role will be key to ensuring the overall platform stability and its sustained delivery to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Acts as first responders, helping to organize and control incident response. Day to day monitoring and management of our platforms to ensure that internal SLAs, operational KPIs and quality standards are met Handling complex technical support issues: Review and Implementation of changes in all of our controlled environments Ability to support network faults, to conclusion in a multi vendor, multi-appliance infrastructure Work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve incidents...
