Your role: - Validate and process customer orders, coordinating approvals with Finance, SCM, and Product teams; - Serve as main contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information; - Coordinate delivery schedules with Logistics and manage order changes; - Prepare invoices, export documents, and manage letters of credit or prepayments; - Monitor receivables, support dunning, and assist with payment allocation; - Conduct periodic stock checks and update distribution plans. and support after-sales follow-up and customer calls.
