We are seeking Fee for Service Mental Health Outpatient Therapist to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Pottsville, PA . Schedule: Fee for Service; Daytime hours, Monday-Friday Earn $28-$40 per hour: Position Details: Develop Treatment Plans: Develop a preliminary treatment plan based on client’s presenting problem. The preliminary treatment plan is to be completed by the end of the second counseling session. A Master Treatment is to be developed by the end of the fourth counseling session. The therapists and client will identify individualized treatment issues, long and short term goals, and the type and frequency of services to meet those goals. Therapists will review and revise treatment plans with the client every 60 days. The Master Treatment plan and subsequent Treatment plan updates are to be reviewed and signed by the client, therapists, clinical supervisor and psychiatrist or supervisory physician.
