Job Description Summary As a wind blade structural designer, you will lead the lifecycle management of wind turbine blades, providing structural assessments and technical support for manufacturing and field quality challenges. You will develop deep expertise in blade design, collaborate closely with production and field teams, and deliver innovative technical solutions that drive quality outcomes for our customers. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Execute design analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using solid engineering principles and adhering to company product/program standards, practices, procedures, and requirements. Perform design and analysis of composite structures with new load evaluations based on internal or external customer requests using CATIA, ANSYS & in-house tools Understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish your own work. Understanding of how your team’s work integrates with other teams and contributes to the domain.
