The Opportunity Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager will lead the site production team at our Somerton rPET facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving performance across safety, people, quality, cost and productivity. You’ll lead a team of 3 Shift Supervisors and 1 Logistics Supervisor across a 24/5 operation, ensuring efficient processing of product to meet customer expectations.
