Job DetailsJob Location: HQ - Roanoke, VA 24018 JOB PURPOSE: Prepares bids and written proposals based upon specifications provided directly by the customer and/or from the Business Development Managers. This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet customer-mandated time schedules. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the bids and proposals process to estimate costs and prepares detailed written proposals and compliance matrices. Possesses highly desired skills and exposure related to estimating data-center projects, including familiarity with redundancy strategies (N/N+1/2N), UPS and battery system integration, busway distribution, high-density electrical layouts, and customer-specific standards common within the data-center sector. Brings strong, preferred experience working with industrial electrical systems, including direct involvement with MCCs, switchgear, transformers, VFDs, and other process-driven equipment.
