Environmental Stormwater Planner

Job description

This Opportunity WSP is hiring an Environmental Stormwater Planner with technical skills in municipal stormwater planning, environmental policy, and compliance services for our Herndon, Virginia office. The ideal candidate will have experience with municipal and industrial stormwater or environmental programs and knowledge of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permits, Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) planning, stormwater monitoring, and post-construction stormwater BMP inspections. Experience using ESRI GIS platforms to analyze, visualize, and report municipal stormwater data is a plus. Experiences in watershed planning, stream assessments, green infrastructure / low impact development, industrial facility stormwater permitting, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development are also desirable.
