Overview Contract: Permanent: Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne) This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office 1-2 times per week Hours per week: 37: Salary: Up to £ 29,258 depending on experience About the role: We're excited to be looking for Quality Assurance Officer to join our Assessment Delivery team. The Assessment Delivery team ensures external assessments are delivered in line with our policies and reliable results are issued to our learners upholding high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll support centres to deliver external assessment activity effectively and resolve any centre queries and issues in relation to assessment delivery. These actions ensure that learners taking external assessments are not disadvantaged or inappropriately advantaged by any assessment processes and that the integrity of external assessments is maintained.
