Edison Properties is committed to providing safe, well-maintained homes for our residents and are seeking a skilled and reliable Renovation Technician to join our maintenance team who has a can-do attitude and does not need to be supervised at all times! The Renovation Technician will be reporting directly to the Restoration Project Manager. They will be responsible to complete suite rehabilitation tasks at various residential properties of Edison Properties. These tasks will include demolition work, cleanup and disposal of old material, ordering materials and supplies for rehab suite remodeling and coordinate/installations of new products with staff, sub-contractors and suppliers.
