We offer our patients a seamless system of integrated medical care, including in-house specialists in areas of practice from cardiology to podiatry. We offer unique services such as our nuclear stress testing facility. We handle everything from medical records to appointment scheduling, and offering laboratory services on site. We are looking for an experienced Referral Coordinator / New Patient Scheduler to join our team in Towson! Our ideal candidate will provide excellent internal and external customer service, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and have 1-2 years experience in a medical office setting. Experience in a high volume call center is a plus as this position supports our New Patient Appointment Line.
